The management was brilliantly helpful, as well as the staff. I loved the room with facilities to cook a meal. Overall the service was excellent.

The room was neat and updated with double bed, ideal for me. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, so close to everything, it's a plus.

I really enjoyed the room with the heater running to warm up, the bed was lovely. It was decorated in a comfortable style. Location: the hotel was next to main tourist attractions, cafes and the Bay of Islands. Also, Whangarei Falls was 2 miles away.

everything seemed modern, courteous staff, updated rooms. the hotel was in a central setting to the shops about a 2 minute drive to kamo shops. moreover, it was so close to the various beaches in northland, town basin and main tourist attractions and whangarei for business for over nine years now. we loved the local cuisine in the restaurant. the free parking was on site, special service.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the centre of town and a local eatery. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness of the bathrooms and the daily restock of tea and coffee. The staff were warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile to help us out. We had a soundproof room, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.
